Dr. Carlito Briones Bautista is a highly esteemed dental professional and community leader with an illustrious career spanning both the medical and military fields. A proud alumnus of Unciano Paramedical College, College of Dentistry, in Sta. Mesa, Manila, Philippines, he holds the distinction of being the college's first graduate.
Dr. Bautista also served his country with honor, completing a Probationary Officers Course and earning the rank of Second Lieutenant in the Philippine Navy. He was assigned to the NDF Dental Detachment, where he provided critical dental services and supported military personnel.
A dedicated Mason, Dr. Bautista is a proud member of both the New Jersey and California Masonic lodges. As a Past Master and Hiram Awardee, he exemplifies the values of brotherhood, leadership, and service to his community.
